I was staying at The Quarters for a full year, and I can confidently say I did not regret one day of my stay. From the moment I moved in, the staff made me feel completely at home, going above and beyond to ensure my stay was as comfortable and seamless as possible. My one-bedroom suite was spacious enough, quite modern, and made me feel right at home. The little kitchenette was stocked with a fridge, microwave and a kettle and was efficient enough to prepare the occasional light dinner. Of course being in an excellent location, not only close to restaurants but also for easy deliveries, there was not much need to cook. What truly made my stay unforgettable was the outstanding service provided by the team. Jamie and Agata deserve special recognition for their exceptional hospitality. Whether it was a small request or just a friendly chat, they were always available, always cheerful, and consistently went the extra mile. Their warmth and professionalism made me feel like more than just a guest.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Quarters is ideally situated near the town centre, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and public transportation, including Watford Junction. This is a huge plus for both leisure and business travellers. It also provides the option of nearby parking for a reasonable cost and has always a number of spaces available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A special thank you as well to Katie, the Hotel Manager, whose leadership and personal touch were evident in every interaction. She regularly checked in with me to ensure everything was going smoothly, making me feel valued as a long-term guest. Katie and her team have created an environment where guests are treated with genuine care, and it shows.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Being close to the centre means that street noise can be an issue especially when having a room on the site to the street. If you are a light sleeper choose a room on the site to the parking area.

All positive aspects about living at the quarters - the main one for us in the transport links from Watford junction (2min walk from quarters) to central London which gets you into central London 20 mins max! Cassiobury country park is within walking distance breathe of fresh air it’s beautiful a lot of greenary. Town centre is a short 10 mins walk where there are lots of shops & restaurants to choose from. The quarters has parking facilities always able to get a space no issues Bins are collected on time & never over flowing Area is safe & feel very secure living at the quarters. Katie from the management team is great! She’s been amazing from the day we came to view the apartment room & been there step by step with us to our move to London from a different country. She’s not only the apartment management but also because shoulder to cry on when i am missing my family she’s been an amazing support to me! There is also Jamie at Maintanance who’s always on site to help out with any issues & I need to thank him for coming up to my apartment within seconds which I was drying my bathroom mat out the window & it fell onto the roof Jamie came & helped me get my bathroom mat back that has fallen onto the roof - now looking back it was quite funny & a memory I won’t forget about when I first moved to London! I also want to mention the cleaning staff Agata she’s so friendly always chatting to me when she sees me in corridors she cleans our room for us & wow I just feel peace soon as I walk into my room after she’s cleaned! Smells amazing everything is sparking clean & she ever strips our bed & cleans the sheets! Overall the staff have made us living here a dream! The building is very safe & secure. The location is spot on. We will definitely be extending our stay for another 6 months to 1 year.

Living in local area is great shops on St Albans road are take away, coffee shops, dry cleaners, pubs, restrains & beauty salons, walking to town/ city centre is a 10 min walk where there is many more shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, cinema. Parking on site is convenient. Safe place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I believe 1 which was shower head I wanted an extended shower head which Jamie at Maintanance sorted within a day was very satisfied with the level of service

Nothing I had done my due diligence before moving to quarters for us it was the transport links, shops & restraunts are within walking distance! The rooms/ building facilities clean, tidy, safe & secure

This property locates near the Watford Junction Station and provides good access to the central London. Also, the convenient places such as Sainsbury's, the Cassiobury park, and a shopping mall are within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were very supportive and kind to me. Whenever problems occurred, Katie quickly emailed to the residents and explained. Jamie and Agata were very kind and solved all the problems immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I should have stayed here once I moved to the UK. If there is any Japanese who is looking for a reliable temporal room, I strongly recommend this property.

I was very content in the of the location as the train station was less than 5 mins away as well as the market.

Yes, quick with solutions. I was happy with Jamie and Katie’s response.

Only thing was kitchen and maybe gym would have been great addition.
