The Quarters is ideally situated near the town centre, making it easy to access shops, restaurants, and public transportation, including Watford Junction. This is a huge plus for both leisure and business travellers. It also provides the option of nearby parking for a reasonable cost and has always a number of spaces available.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

A special thank you as well to Katie, the Hotel Manager, whose leadership and personal touch were evident in every interaction. She regularly checked in with me to ensure everything was going smoothly, making me feel valued as a long-term guest. Katie and her team have created an environment where guests are treated with genuine care, and it shows.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Being close to the centre means that street noise can be an issue especially when having a room on the site to the street. If you are a light sleeper choose a room on the site to the parking area.

I had a fantastic experience at The Quarter Watford, where Katie, James, and Agata looked after me exceptionally well. Their attentiveness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made me feel truly valued as a guest. Every detail was taken care of, and their friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Good response. Any issues raised were swiftly dealt.

Good parking facilities on site with CCTV. I have felt secure parking on site.

Living in local area is great shops on St Albans road are take away, coffee shops, dry cleaners, pubs, restrains & beauty salons, walking to town/ city centre is a 10 min walk where there is many more shops, restaurants, bars, cafes, cinema. Parking on site is convenient. Safe place to live.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I believe 1 which was shower head I wanted an extended shower head which Jamie at Maintanance sorted within a day was very satisfied with the level of service

Nothing I had done my due diligence before moving to quarters for us it was the transport links, shops & restraunts are within walking distance! The rooms/ building facilities clean, tidy, safe & secure

This property locates near the Watford Junction Station and provides good access to the central London. Also, the convenient places such as Sainsbury's, the Cassiobury park, and a shopping mall are within walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They were very supportive and kind to me. Whenever problems occurred, Katie quickly emailed to the residents and explained. Jamie and Agata were very kind and solved all the problems immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I should have stayed here once I moved to the UK. If there is any Japanese who is looking for a reliable temporal room, I strongly recommend this property.

I was very content in the of the location as the train station was less than 5 mins away as well as the market.

Yes, quick with solutions. I was happy with Jamie and Katie’s response.

Only thing was kitchen and maybe gym would have been great addition.
