The Quarters Kilburn Apartments is located in area which is available a variety of banks, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, Gym's and shopping stores. I think so all what you need is available in that local area. Also, It has been located near to Paddington Recreation Ground (Gardens). All public transportations are available and near such as Kilburn overground, Kilburn park underground and buses. The Kilburn High Road is a bit crowded through the day but peaceful in the night.

The location is very great.

Suitable area, clean, convenient color's wall and safe.

The location of this property is truly outstanding. Within just a 5-minute walk, you have access to a variety of amenities, including both premium and affordable grocery stores, a cinema and a gym/spa. Additionally, the proximity to the Jubilee Line (Finchley Road station is literally right at your doorstep!) allows for quick and easy travel throughout London, with most destinations just a 30-minute ride away. Such a central and accessible location is a rare find, as many areas in London usually require compromises.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very swiftly with exceptional care, diligence and professionalism.

Nothing major comes to mind as my stay met my initial expectations

Wonderful selection of nearby local shops, restaurants, bars & open spaces. Mixture of independent and big-name franchises. Fantastic selection of supermarkets - high-end and budget options can be walked to within a few minutes. Train station is just across the road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, immediately resolved an isolated issue I had one night.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Make the most of the facilities that are readily available. For instance, there is a lovely gym, laundry facilities, and a new restaurant is being built!
