Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is pretty convenient. There are good transport links, a Tesco right opposite the building and pretty good parking availability.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been fixed but it took some time for them to respond.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One good thing about the property is that it is close by to the path by the river which is good for walking or jogging.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good things about living in this local area is the great transport links the local shops and GP Surgery and Parks which are all very short walks from the apartment. The parking availability and structure is extremely poor as tenants who have cars cant purchase parking spaces so cant park their cars near there homes.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I am still awaiting a response in relation to an query I sent months ago so I cannot comment. However they tend to be slow.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That anything past the door is your problem, even if it hasn't been fitted correctly from the jump, for example loose pipe fixture once your new home warranty runs out after the first 12months you are not entitled to any help and must correct anything yourself.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking is never really a problem at The Reach as all roads are free to park at. Also helps that there is a local Tesco store for small purchases. The Reach has good public transport connections, it is very quick to get to Woolwich for further services into London. Negatives - the road does provide a lot of noise and emergency services are going past almost every hour. There is no local pub or restaurant to go to withing a walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very poorly - there are no updates until chased. Some problems were never resolved after the initial 12 month completion checks. They were not followed up and when chased they were no longer outstanding and could not be re-opened.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How slow everything will be responded to and fixed.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

10 minute walk away from Plumstead station, close to many local shops and high streets. Close to the Thames riverside and Gallions Reach park which is convenient and makes a nice walk. Quite a lot of traffic opposite the development, along the dual carriageway as expected. As opposite Belmarsh prison, protestors every weekend that make a lot of noise which is inconvenient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The protestors every weekend outside Belmarsh prison.

I really enjoy living in my development

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I really enjoy living in my development, as a first time buyer I feel a lot of what I was looking for I found in this development. There are plenty of local and useful shops within a short walking distance and plenty of green spaces aswell. There is free parking on the Main Street however I wish my apartment had come with a parking space, as I feel there is a lot of empty parking spaces outside my apartment I could have utilised.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I haven't raised any issues or concerns as luckily I have had no problems so far.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how difficult it would have been to get a parking space.
