The flats are surrounded by fantastic amenities, including amazing restaurants, bar and coffee shop.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far i haven't had any issues that needed to be reported to the building management

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I can't thing of anything. everything was covered during my induction

All good love the area and facilities. Really impressed with building staff , especially Tansia she was incredible

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

None have been raised so far as I have only just moved in

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Drop off should be allowed at the front for residents / moving in was a l hassle with having to walk around the entire building. But Tansia helped us with this so truly grateful.

Commendable service from Ali, extremely helpful and always attentive to resident needs. Much loved member of the towers.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Good yes any issues with maintenance they come straight awayy

Yes the information is impeccable and the information given

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great small shops and restaurants nearby, however very far from bigger supermarkets. Anti social behaviour often occurs , people will set fireworks of in the square bellow, drones fly over the area, there are always skateboarders filming and more recently a racial slur was written in the snow and management didn’t even realise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The front of house team are lovely but often make simple mistake in regards to who they give access to and have breached GDPR many times. You will barely see the management team and it seems as though they use other members of staff to communicate for them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had know the that standards and upkeep of the building would be appalling and that urban bubble are not a great managing agent at all, which is now clear to me now that I know more about the company.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Deansgate Square offers great convenience with restaurants just downstairs and a local shop for groceries. There are bus and tram stations nearby, making transport accessible, though traffic can be heavy at peak times. Parking is challenging unless you have an underground spot. The area is modern and well-maintained, Noise levels are generally low. The overall atmosphere is vibrant yet peaceful, with plenty of open spaces and easy access to bars and shops in the city center.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management is generally good, but response times for maintenance requests can sometimes be slow. Security and concierge services are excellent, ensuring a smooth living experience overall.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that parking can be difficult unless you secure an underground spot
