Great selection of bars and restaurants in the vicinity and fantastic transport links. No issues experienced with parking availability. The only downside would be the noise but this is to be expected with living in the city. No anti-social behaviour experienced since moving in.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues experienced, Lydia provided an email and contact number for any problems we may have.

I have enjoyed living in the Deansgate residences and overall my experience has been very good. Everything is within easy reach and the development is safe and secure.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes everything was dealt with by Rasheed. In the past though I felt my queries with regards to the windows being cleaned could have been answered better by previous team members

I wish I had of fixed my rent at 3 years to prevent the price going up as it did every six months

The location is brilliant with most areas of the city centre in walking distance, or excellent transport links to everywhere else. There are a large variety of restaurants, bars and shops nearby

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management took over 3 months to fix a broken washing machine despite various emails and attempts to get in contact

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The cost of parking in the apartment’s private car park wasn’t advertised and was much more than expected.

The local area offers a great variety of shops, restaurants, and bars. The quality is high, with unique boutiques and excellent dining options.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been outstanding in addressing any issues I’ve raised.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how incredibly friendly and welcoming the community is.

I absolutely love living in this area! The local shops offer a great variety. There are plenty of fantastic restaurants.

The building management has been exceptional in addressing any issues I've raised

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how helpful the local community is, it's not something that came up during the viewing.
