The flats are surrounded by fantastic amenities, including amazing restaurants, bar and coffee shop.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

So far i haven't had any issues that needed to be reported to the building management

I can't thing of anything. everything was covered during my induction

Transport links are very convenient, with easy access to buses, trains, and cycling paths, though traffic congestion can be a problem during rush hours.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been attentive and quick to resolve any issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how convenient everything is. Also, how friendly and welcoming the community here is

Living in the heart of the city is very convenient. The range of local shops and restaurants is fantastic!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management has been very helpful and responsive so far

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

While living in the city center, the constant traffic and foot traffic can make things a bit louder than expected.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location has been very satisfying, everything is close including the grocery stores and a short walk to city center.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive to any issues I've raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the ongoing construction noise across the street.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Well connected but quite far out, many recreational activities require a 15-30 minute walk to get to. Construction noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, had an initial problem with radiators turning on, two day response time for maintenance to fix. Worth noting Rasheed from the residents service team gave me a comprehensive induction and was excellent. He truly went out of his way to show me everything I might need in the building which was very useful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The view I would have from my flat, my flat was occupied and so I couldn’t visit but it would have been nice to see a visual of which way the windows were facing/have it pointed out.
