Great selection of bars and restaurants in the vicinity and fantastic transport links. No issues experienced with parking availability. The only downside would be the noise but this is to be expected with living in the city. No anti-social behaviour experienced since moving in.

Living in Deansgate Square, Manchester, offers a premium urban lifestyle. The area features a vibrant range of shops, trendy restaurants, and stylish bars, all within walking distance. Close to landmarks like Spinningfields and Castlefield, it also offers nearby green spaces like St. John’s Gardens and canal paths for relaxation. Transport links are excellent, with Deansgate-Castlefield Metrolink and Deansgate railway station providing easy connections. While traffic can be busy at peak times, the central location reduces the need for a car. The street is modern and well-maintained, with secure parking and efficient bin collections. Thanks to 24-hour security, the area is clean, quiet, and free from anti-social behavior.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management can be slightly difficult to get a hold of, but once contacted, they are responsive and address issues effectively.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that building management can sometimes be hard to reach, which may cause slight delays in resolving issues. Additionally, parking availability and booking facilities can be competitive, so planning ahead is essential. On the positive side, the community atmosphere and quality of the facilities truly exceed expectations once you settle in. For new residents, I’d recommend familiarising yourself with the app or systems used for booking amenities and reporting issues to streamline your experience.

Deansgate is a nice area, good transport links by train and tram, lots of construction around but my flat was not noisy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are easily accesible by email, less os by phone but matters get addressed within a couple days so overall, a professional team.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The area is fine and so our the facilities. I wish there were more restaurants nearby.
