Great selection of bars and restaurants in the vicinity and fantastic transport links. No issues experienced with parking availability. The only downside would be the noise but this is to be expected with living in the city. No anti-social behaviour experienced since moving in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
No issues experienced, Lydia provided an email and contact number for any problems we may have.

The local area offers a great variety of shops, restaurants. coffee shops and bars. Good transport links by train and tram.

The flats are surrounded by fantastic amenities, including amazing restaurants, bar and coffee shop.

So far i haven't had any issues that needed to be reported to the building management

Very ideal we are close to restaurants, cafes which are good quality foods and drink. In addition to this, handy having the train and tramline close by allowing us for easy access in and out of the area. Parking is great. Easy to get in and out with no problems
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management have been great when needs be. Allowing access to parcels and fixing problems in flat. Terron has been super helpful in all these aspects or any queries when necessary

Using the gym and pool equipment is the main one for myself

Everything is modern and up to date. Bin shoot on apartment floor plus a cardboard room downstairs. Never witnessed any anti social behaviour. Shops and restaurants are all very good and affordable.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Brilliant as always. Especially Terron who’s always happy to help with any query i have.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing is that for the gym and sauna facilities you need to pay an additional £20 for a wrist band.
