Great sense of community at times, kept very clean. Balcony restrictions are quite stern, some parcel thieves about, and not well connected to central london. Don't know why they run reduced carriages on DLR when its always packed.

i wish i would have know the crossrail would be delayed so long

Please share one thing (or more) which you would change about your development:

fully robbed me of my 1400 deposit, never again. charged me for issues that were there when i moved in. sure they have a partnership with a cleaning company too to get fake invoices from. I paid £300 for a clean and they charged me to have it cleaned again afterwards

Just a couple of miles up the road from Blackheath and Greenwich, and a short bus ride to the stations, Eltham, Blackheath, North Greenwich, Woolwich Arsenal, and the soon to be opened Woolwich Crossrail.

Service charges and Leisure Club Fees.
