Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The apartment is in a perfect location. You could walk to the retail park, city centre and China town. There plenty good restaurants nearby from KFC to high street Italian, Indian restaurant. It is closed to deansgate Rail Station and there is free bus will take you to Piccadilly. Tram is also within walking distance. If you are players at night, there are many clubs and bars. You will never bored.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Whenever I experienced any issue on the household or mechanical, they always there in fixing the issues at my apartment.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I do know this property earlier. I might came to stay a few months when its started operationm

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Let me list out the good and bad aspects. For good aspects: - Free coffee and chocolate - Free to ask for maintenance support - Free gym and dinning room For bad aspects: - Extremely high council tax - Not including parking space, rent of NCP opposite to property is extremely high - Tenancy fee is high compared with other similar property in Salford area - Request for applying the workshop via email, but no any response and eventually said it is full, which makes us upsad!!!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
N/A. The above is the question I want to ask to landlord, waiting for response.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Not including parking space, every drivers should consider for the NCP fee before moving in

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The development is in a decent location. Not too far from a Sainsbury's local and a Tesco Express not much further away. Close enough to Salford Central train station.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Ha ha. That's funny. They don't. They ignore or dismiss them.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The REAL view of what the management is like. They'll do a good sales pitch but won't deliver on it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is quite convenient, being close to the city center, with a Sainsbury’s Local right at the doorstep. It’s also just a 5-minute walk to a bus stop offering free rides to Piccadilly, which is handy. However, parking can be an issue. NCP parking is expensive, and the limited roadside parking for loading has to be shared by three buildings, which isn’t ideal. There’s also some noticeable noise from the ring road and nearby trains especially if you live in flint building.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I don't have many issues during time here. Most of the time they can respond promptly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Construction work is doing next to Flint building currently which may have some noise.

Hi, Thank you so much for your lovely review! Happy to know that you are enjoying our fantastic facilities to the fullest :) All the ageing parts have been fixed in our lifts in the Flint building so we shouldn't experience significant downtimes often anymore! Once again thank you for your lovely review, I'll be sure to pass your comments to the team.
