Close to great restaurants and bars and close to the city. Quiet at night which is great considering that we’re in the middle of the JQ!

Always prompt and there’s no fuss! No problems at all!

Excellent area to live in! Great club house! Cosy and excellent vibe

Fantastic location, few minutes stroll to city centre. Fun area, easy parking, busy street but quite flat!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always prompt to reply and keen to help, nothing has been too much trouble for them! Thank you!

Front of house team are always available & helpful

Expensive parking. Wife variety of places to eat and drink. Near city. Walking distance to tram and train

Responded quickly and efficiently. Happy with service

You everything within 10 minutes walk of the building, it’s super convenient. Building has a great parking and bin area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management is auper helpful and respond straight away.

N/a. Everything was help explained to us by the staff regarding the building once we decided to move in.

Nice, central location. Easy bin collection and not much noise traffic. Pleasant reception staff, particularly Nikos.

The building management has been highly responsive and proactive in addressing any concerns raised. They handle issues efficiently, maintain clear communication, and ensure resolutions are implemented promptly, reflecting their commitment to excellent service.
