The Jewellery Quarter is a fantastic place to love- loads of bars and restaurants but a really lovely village feel. St Paul’s provides lovely green space too. Easy proximity for city centre amenities too. Just perfect!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes within hours! It’s incredibly rare that I’ve had issues but they are always promptly resolved.

Make use of the resident spaces- the lounge is brilliant

You everything within 10 minutes walk of the building, it’s super convenient. Building has a great parking and bin area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management is auper helpful and respond straight away.

N/a. Everything was help explained to us by the staff regarding the building once we decided to move in.

Nice, central location. Easy bin collection and not much noise traffic. Pleasant reception staff, particularly Nikos.

The building management has been highly responsive and proactive in addressing any concerns raised. They handle issues efficiently, maintain clear communication, and ensure resolutions are implemented promptly, reflecting their commitment to excellent service.
