Close to great restaurants and bars and close to the city. Quiet at night which is great considering that we’re in the middle of the JQ!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always prompt and there’s no fuss! No problems at all!

Excellent area to live in! Great club house! Cosy and excellent vibe

Everything is very close to each other and since I'm a student it also makes it easier for me to go to uni that is literally 3 mins away. I love that we have gym, pool table and a place to study. Also I love they plans events for the tenants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Pretty good. Sometimes the email response can take time but good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I was trying to get a place here but they didn't have any room available back then. But now I'm happy that I get to stay here.

Very convenient to reach train station and 10 mins by car to coach station. Lots of restaurants with different cuisines around. Co-op right below the building and tesco 2 mins away helps a lot. Recreational area is amazing when you have friends coming over.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

yes once I had issues with my induction, it was sorted out the same day. Amazing service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

pet friendly, daily cleaning of building. The intercom might not work always but you can message the concierge and they can let your guests in .

Verygood, pubs and shops located very close to the building. Not so much antisocial behaviour, everything is ok

very promptly, I once complained about a noisy neighbour, its better now

nothing particular, the viewing of the facility when moving is good

Fantastic location, few minutes stroll to city centre. Fun area, easy parking, busy street but quite flat!
