The Jewellery Quarter is a fantastic place to love- loads of bars and restaurants but a really lovely village feel. St Paul’s provides lovely green space too. Easy proximity for city centre amenities too. Just perfect!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes within hours! It’s incredibly rare that I’ve had issues but they are always promptly resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make use of the resident spaces- the lounge is brilliant

Good aspects: friendly staff, modern building and furniture, amazing location. Bad aspects: just wish if the gym is bigger

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded quite quickly, every time I had an issue they would come to fix it in either the same day or the day after

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Just would’ve wanted to know if they would provide an extra air bed in case of a sudden visit, due to some other buildings (which are worse) did provide. But it doesn’t matter, the apartments are wide!

I've had a great experience living at Whitmore! The location is ideal, quiet yet so accessible to everything I need. With a Co-op and Tesco just around the corner, essentials are always nearby, which makes daily life much easier. Whitmore also hosts small gatherings and parties for various occasions, adding a fun, community feel to the place. The enrolment process was smooth and efficient, making moving in a breeze. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to call home, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, friendly environment!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they answer and solve problems very quickly! Everyone is very helpful here!

This area is very decent area, it’s close to the city center but at the same it’s not too busy it’s a perfect balance

I haven’t had any issues with anything so far as I have recently just moved in

I feel like I was properly informed regarding everything so I recommend keeping in touch with the team as they are very helpful and informative
