Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

- minutes away from Hayes & Harlington Station and it only takes 25 min to paddington station. - very close to ASDA and other local shops - Anti-social behaviour is very common. I smell in the corridor all the time and i got my packages stolen for four times.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

my hob was broken for over a month before they booked a fire service for me.

I wish i had known that there is no optic fibre for the broadband.

The building has got a modern design and is fairly well maintained.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is located across from a Tesco and the Hayes and Harlington train station which has good links to central London. There are also bus stops to Heathrow and Uxbridge situated across from the building, and there is a limited selection of small shops, banks and takeaways within a 10 minute walk. The area itself is not very vibrant and a little bit run down. One must travel outside of Hayes to find a larger selection of high street shops and restaurants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I did not have an issues during my time at Trident House and so have not had any experience with the building management.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

My studio flat on the sixth floor did get extremely hot over the summer months, even when the windows were open.

I like that train station is close however there’s no underground. It is very close to the shops which is good.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn’t really anything as the apartment is very true to what I was advertised when looking for a place to rent.
