Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There is easy access to DLR/overground stations as well as key bus routes. There are an abundance of shops and restaurants nearby as well as a cinema, and of course one of the best parks in London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have always responded promptly and without hesitation. They are very well organised and accommodating whenever I need help with something.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The services that the front desk can help with are really helpful e.g. dry cleaning etc. Perhaps mention this at the induction although it was in the materials.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The beautiful Greenwich park being about a 10 minute walk away I think is the biggest plus to the area. I think the area provides a very decent range of pubs, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The market also creates a nice village/community type atmosphere around the area. I think it is a pretty well connected area. The building is a few minutes away from either Greenwich station, if you want to get into London Bridge, or the Cutty Sark DLR station. There is also a bus right outside the building that can take you straight into Tottenham Court Road. The streets surrounding the building are quite quiet and residential. Other than traffic noise, we rarely have cause to notice outside noise, even when our flat over looks the main road.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When we first moved in there we a few non-urgent maintenance bits around the apartment that needed addressing and we have always had someone come over within a matter of a few days. Even when they had to come back again to look at the same issue, it was no bother.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The coffee discount at the cafe - I didn't know about this for a while. Other than this, our viewing tour and our move in tour were both very comprehensive, so there wasn't really much we didn't know about. It set us up really easily to just start living there and enjoying.

It is really close to the supermarket such as Waitrose, Tesco, and Sainsbury's. It is also really close to the Greenwich park and the train station. It is great for travelling into London, since the DLR from Cutty Shark brings you directly to central London Bank.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management is normally very quick to respond to queries.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would say that the building management can be strict on the number of guests allowed in or the time you use the amenities.

The area offers a fantastic range of local shops, restaurants, and bars, catering to various tastes and needs. Open spaces are plentiful, providing great options for outdoor activities and relaxation. Transport links are excellent, with convenient access to buses and trains, making it easy to get around the city. Living on the street feels peaceful and safe, with normal traffic noise typical of a vibrant city. Parking is manageable, bin collections are reliable, and there’s a general sense of community. A great place to live!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been responsive and efficient, promptly addressing any issues raised and ensuring solutions are implemented quickly. Communication is clear, and they show genuine care for residents’ needs, making living here stress-free and enjoyable.

There is a waitrose right on the door step and we are right next to a park with the Greenwich town beside us.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The main issue would be that there is too much scaffolding on the building.

That there would have been the scaffolding for years.
