There is easy access to DLR/overground stations as well as key bus routes. There are an abundance of shops and restaurants nearby as well as a cinema, and of course one of the best parks in London.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have always responded promptly and without hesitation. They are very well organised and accommodating whenever I need help with something.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The services that the front desk can help with are really helpful e.g. dry cleaning etc. Perhaps mention this at the induction although it was in the materials.

The area offers a fantastic range of local shops, restaurants, and bars, catering to various tastes and needs. Open spaces are plentiful, providing great options for outdoor activities and relaxation. Transport links are excellent, with convenient access to buses and trains, making it easy to get around the city. Living on the street feels peaceful and safe, with normal traffic noise typical of a vibrant city. Parking is manageable, bin collections are reliable, and there’s a general sense of community. A great place to live!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has been responsive and efficient, promptly addressing any issues raised and ensuring solutions are implemented quickly. Communication is clear, and they show genuine care for residents’ needs, making living here stress-free and enjoyable.

There is a waitrose right on the door step and we are right next to a park with the Greenwich town beside us.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The main issue would be that there is too much scaffolding on the building.

That there would have been the scaffolding for years.

We are at the step of Greenwich Market, bakeries, butcher and supermarkets. We can go everywhere at any time by public transport even during Strike times! Amazing! As anywhere in busy London, parking spaces are difficult to find but not impossible. Unfortunately the traffic noise when the windows are open is not good.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Promptly responses and good feedback. Via emails or the app, things goes very smoothly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The traffic noise for apartments facing the busy street. I know! But during summer is a big thing.

Love everyone here. We have just resigned for another 3 years. No complaints at all, always good vibe. Pantry could be a little better but that’s minor

Very quick responses. Nothing left on read or unanswered.

How full the chute gets so quickly. But that’s not even a real issue
