The local area has a vibrant range of amenities that allow you to have a great evening without going far. For those times when you do go further afield transport links are everything you need. The street is pleasant with an abundance of parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues that we have raised have been dealt with promptly and professionally

The flats in the building are very unique with their own quirks so I would advise that multiple ones are viewed before making a decision.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are numerous shops near the apartment, a mega Lidl, a McDonald’s, just 10 minutes walk you can find a mega Tesco, clothing stores, Poundland, boots and others. The noise is almost non-existent.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The whole support team is very knowledgeable and friendly. They solved my problem in a short time .

I had all the clarifications before my transfer. All the documents was sended before my move in, the flat was very tidy and cleaned.

Great transport links and loads of good cafes. Nice parks around the area and good shopping supermarkets

Quickly and efficiently dealt with any issues we had

Nothing that I can think of, everything is as expected

It's a nice area with loads of parks/greenery nearby, some restaurants and cafes. There is a Lidl nearby which makes shopping very convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond very quickly and make sure your issues are sorted asap.

The bike storage is secure. It is difficult to get in for a stranger.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Safety was one of the most important aspects when it came to renting this apartment. It’s safe, well-maintained, cozy, and I just love how close it is to shops, bus stops and Surrey Quays station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
