Platform is in the heart of the city so it is an excellent location for local shops, restaurants and bars being only a short 10 minute walk away. There are good transport links nearby such as the bus or train within 10-15 minutes and there is a small garage for parking if you own a car. There is no anti-social behaviour or traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes whenever I have had any problems the property manager has acted promptly to sort the issue for me.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Tip I would share: make an effort to get to know your nextdoor neighbour in particular - make an effort to be friendly and organise a catch up.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We have a university and a college, which contribute greatly to the buzz of the city. Everything is organised, but the prices are high.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fairly well. Sometimes the wait is a little long, but that's understandable.

All the different places you can get discounts with a Platform card!

Incredibly well located relative to shops, public transportation and the Main Street but surrounded by green spaces makes it hard to believe it’s so central and quiet. Idyllic neighborhood. Never experienced anti-social behaviour or traffic noise in the 3 years I’ve resided here.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been responsive to my queries and communicate well. They do their best to hastily redress concerns and keep residents apprised of issues and progress.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known that some pieces of my furniture were too big for the elevator or to clear the stairwell into the corridor as those items were unable to be moved in. :-(

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Exeters one of the best places to live in the countries. Shops are brilliants and so close to Dartmoor and the beach. University city with lots going for it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded very quickly and I appreciate it.

The ground floor is fairly public - I’d recommend viewing.

Very central so close to the cathedral and the high street as well as night life yet very quiet in the evenings

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. The concierge is helpful but things passed to head office can be a long time coming
