Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local shops and town not great; Weybridge and Esther have better options. Kingston or out to Surrey towns for anything substantial. Underground parking seems good though 1) has not been cleaned - so cars all kicking up dust and getting covered quickly and 2) not particularly secure given slow moving doors; have seen cars follow in on numerous occasions or even enter through the exit after having waited outside. London connection is excellent with regular and fast overground train into Waterloo.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Partially and most remain ongoing. Biggest concerns around heating and energy efficiency as looking at a ~4x increase to my old premises; a (hardly efficient) ground floor flat in a Victorian house
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
New build energy setups. Push for eco seems to have resulted in a checklist approach which is both expensive and not particularly eco friendly!

I didn't move in in the end due to the issue mentioned below so this is not applicable. The area looked nice nonetheless.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They repaid me in full, which is fine but it should never have got to this to turn up for a move in to a flat, which is completely different to the one I saw.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Make sure you know the exact flat number you are going to move into and where it is situated in the building.
