Lack of parking Maintenance extremely poor - trees planted have died and still waiting over a year to be resolved Entrance to the houses not maintained

yes but still outstanding

before buying - really check the design and ask for changes that simply should not have been implemented

This is a beautiful area, feel very blessed to live here! Some lovely pubs, convenient shop, take aways and stunning walks. Street is quiet and very peaceful, great bus link right outside the estate.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes very promptly when I reported a emergency they sent someone out within hours

To check location in case of flooding areas as this could be a concern

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Not too many local shops - it would be good to have things like a butcher and fishmonger within walking distance but godalming town centre is nearby. There is enough room for 2/3 cars but not much visitor parking if you have people staying. No anti-social behaviour or noise. Lovely quiet location.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slowly! We are still waiting on a new window and have been living here 3 months.

There are a few additional costs that appear throughout the process. Order your bins quickly!!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

A few very nice pubs/restaurants in local area and plenty of space for long nature walks. Haven’t used local transport but have heard it’s quite useful for the day time but nothing in the evenings. Overall it’s a nice place with the odd bit of anti-social behaviour which gets dealt with quickly. Nice and quiet from traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

To be fair they have been very good and efficient. Could have been a bit more precise with some finishes but generally satisfied with the standard.

Location and local facilities perfect with great road access and quiet location

no they have not provided me with the updated snags report together with an action - this has been outstanding for over 2 months
