Cranleigh has a good selection of shops and in walking distance. The nearest railway line is Godalming.

Selling Agent Savills were poor and snagging took some time.

Houses are very attractive to look at and efficient living

Beautifully designed and within walking distance of the village. Good selection of supermarkets and locally run businesses.

Great Value property Developer laid poor grass when new

Layout great for entertaining and very easy to maintain

Cranleigh is a lovely place to live - the village is very welcoming and has a wide range of restaurants, coffee shops and cafes. Although there is no train station Guildford is not too far and local buses run regularly. This estate is one of the few that has more than adequate parking for each house and Waverley council provide weekly bin collections. Road noise is minimal.

Everyone here is very friendly and open and anyone coming to Willowbrook would get a well built house with a stunning view

The views of the open land and the local area. Also the lightness of the house.

Cranleigh as an area is great, the wider community is lovely and lots of great facilities. Easy access to Guildford if you drive but very limited public transport.

I wish I had known how petty the board of directors were going to be! I've lived here before the houses were all finished and it's got worse and worse since the big money buyers have moved in.

What is the best feature of your home:

Dimensions, the gardens aren't as overlooked as some new build developments and the houses have different aesthetics from the road.

A beautiful development nestled between the green pastures of one of Surrey's most stunning and vibrant villages.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded to all issues raised within a week.

The development is on a fairly busy road. However I understand that to be temporary.
