Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

New restaurants and shops are open regularly, with really fine discoveries. The Satruday market is growing also. There is a very cool vibe that would allow you to spend good time int he neighborhood withouth the need of booking or planning too much ahead.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The house owners are really active in communicating to the building manager, who is moderately respondend.

There is a great Crossfit gym *ShiroKuma) nearby I wish I would have tried sooner! Also really great ParkRun every Saturday at 9AM in Burgess Park

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quiet area with many amenities nearby. Lots of good coffee shops, bakeries & nice restaurants. Has 2 big park at 5 min. walk. There are 3 big supermarkets (including Lidl & Morrison) just 5 min walk too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well, quickly and effectively. No concerns or complains

Really nothing, I love the place the are and the building.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area has as many facilities as anyone would need. I like that its a calm and quiet area but you have all the amenities close by. I especially like parks & open spaces. There are lots of nice restaurants and pubs that won't make you wait. I miss more farmer markets nearby ( at least that I know of). Also, there have been reported some burglars that attempted to enter the building but nothing has happened thanks to the security measures installed.

I love how well the warm is kept inside the flat and how well its connected to any place in London by bus.

I'd prefer if the common green spaces are secured with doors

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I like the area, we have enough transport, shops and transport links. The only thing is there’s a lot of people on the main road.

Nothing really, I think it is what I extracted it now.

There's plenty of bars and restaurants. There's nothing really that I don't like in the area.

No, I knew the area well before moving, so I think I knew what to expect.
