Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I purchased the property in May 2017 and couldn’t be happier living here. The Peckham area has developed so much and there are so many awesome restaurants, cafes, bars & things to do.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There were some snags as with any new developments but the developer was able to slowly but surely work through them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I have loved seeing the surrounding properties develop.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Wood's Road development is located off the main road however close to the hustle and bustle of Peckham. The complex is 4 minutes walk from, Queens Road Peckham Station which offers Overground services with quick transfers to Clapham & Shoreditch as well as National Rail which gets you to London Bridge in 8 minutes. There are many fantastic cafe's, restaurants & bars surrounding the complex and more and more opening every day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I would say average on this one as the management company have always responded but not always followed through with the requests.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They are redeveloping the whole Aylesham Centre nearby which is going to be amazing for the area.

Spacious flat in superb location

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We lived in Peckham for six years before purchasing our flat. This area is changing rapidly and a lot of things are being improved. We love the close links to central London, the tightly knit community, cafes and restaurants, and amenities for kids.
