The location is one advantage and also the design of the building. The bad aspect is poor management.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded Poorly. So disappointing of them

The electricity bill, the water bill also no form of ventilation. All windows are locked

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Convenient selection of supermarkets like Tesco, Sainsbury's and Coop, Restaurants/Bars are really close by and Diverse options like Italian, Indian, Chinese, pubs, and cafes. Not so Frequent bus services coming back he but there is leaving hole that runs every 10-15 minutes. The bus and train station ? s a walking distance. •⁠ ⁠Parking: there’s parking available in the building. •⁠ ⁠Bin Collections: Weekly recycling and bi-weekly waste collection. •⁠ ⁠Safety: Secure, with CCTV cameras.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very good. Building management has responded well to my concerns, addressing issues promptly and efficiently. Communication has been clear and professional. Resolution timeframe was satisfactory .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Be prepared to walk if you don’t drive. I was not prepared for the unpleasant transport route.

Everything is good. Much much better than other places. The garbage collection ppimt is well organized too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded Quick and efficiently. There is a management system where all requests n feedbacks are made.

Can't say anything as everything far now is good. In terms of cleanliness i would rate it 10/10

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The apartments are nice and well-sized. Outside of the apartments everything is run down, falling apart and leaking. The front door often doesn't shut properly, leaving it open to people to enter as they please. The intercom hasn't worked for nearly a year. The car park barricade rarely works and is currently not present.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very poorly. Often nothing gets fixed. Communal areas are shabby, with large sections of the internal roofing falling apart and leaks on most floors.

No pets allowed. This may be a more recent rule though.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is ok with this price and the room is big. The management team will not give you a front door fob.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always be so slow, you have to wait for ages, and the roof haven’t been fixed for about 1 year

The management team reply so slow and you have to wait a long time for fixing. And they charge unreasonable high when you move out.
