Good location with the tram stop in front of the building. Bad aspect could be the distance from the city center and not many restaurants and pubs around.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It depends, but so far they have been slow addressing anti social neighbours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The neighbours are not respectful at all. Management company can't evacuate rules breaking neighbours.

Local area is nice and quiet. The metrolink makes it easy to go anywhere. The lowry mall has variety of options.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management takes a bit of time to resolve issues.

The lowry theatre and mall are five minutes walking

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is a commercial area so that is quite nice. There are shops and transport options nearby and the area is generally very peaceful.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had to constantly go after them multiple times to get things done.

I wish I had known how bad and unresponsive the management would be.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are great transport links and a range of both bars and restaurants in the local area. In the building there is a basic gym, however a number of better ones close by which are better for usage. The parking availability is one downside directly by the building but good options close if guests are staying.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, we had issues with our washing machine and this was solved

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The viewing we had for this flat was helpful despite being a different flat it gave a good insight for what we were getting, but did mean we missed some things that could have been flagged before moving.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a lot of shops around which is good and transport is also perfect. There’s a tram stop right in front as well as a bus stop. There’s a Sainsbury’s below one of the buildings which is very convenient to get quick goods.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have fixed any issues which I have raised very quickly and contacted me

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The weekend noise from neighbours is the only thing I don’t like. Very early at 7am they could be making noise
