Beautiful views, very convieniently located and so much to do in the area! Water sports activities, food establishments and incredibly lovely bars.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Brilliantly, they’ve come out so fast when our washing machine broke a few times!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew the green netting was going to be up permanently.

Good transport links and close to media city. The park behind the building is nice during the day but dangerous during the night. No Large grocery shop in walking distance if you are carrying heavy bags.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They would respond eventually after a long time, it would take even longer to get anything fixed

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had of known nobody worked on reception to receive parcels. Myself and my flat mate lost a lot of money having to reorder things

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Conveinently located surrounding bars and food establishments, as well as plenty of job oppurtunities. Coronation street is a five minute walk away and there is plenty to do in the Quays.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fairly quickly. I haven’t had to call out for many repairs and mostly only the washing machine when that’s broken but they came out pretty quickly to fix it.

That the green net was a forever thing. I wish it would come down.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It's the location where we have all the amenities in one place, lot of options for restaurants, pubs, bars, entertainment etc. Canal walk through media city UK very pleasant. The X1 gateway is one of the best development in Salford quays, walkable distance to tram station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

X1 management always been very responsive and recently we had toilet flush button was not working and immediately within few hrs they have resolved the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I am staying in best apartment in Salford quays with great view to outside. My flat is in 9th floor which i get ample of sunlight and fresh air.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property is very nearer to all the amenities like tram stop, bars, restaurant. We also have beautiful Salford quays to spend evening walking and could enjoy the water sports in quays at summer, overall the property is in well developed area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have responded very well all the time, recently we have had an issue with our boiler and as we raised the concern they have reached out very quickly.

I say this is a very good property at Salford with affordable cost. I prefer for anyone who is willing to live life happily.
