Good:location,baltic triangle, lots of amenities nearby. Bad: no parking, anti social behaviour,drug dealers & theft widespread

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Long arduous task to get listened to despite same issues being raised regularly. No annual checks on apartments is extremely concerning

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That area wouod become a student village and other residents would be surplus to any consideration

my location where I live is very good, lots of greenery, peace, close to the river, the best location for living and living

Management always responded any problem very quickly and efficiently

Good. Location in Liverpool, near of the Albert Dock ,,,,

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good location for shops, fuel, bars but parking is always difficult to find nearby. Also when clubs are open you can hear loud bassy music until they shut. I lived there for 18months and they are constantly doing work on the grounds. Digging up and then redoing it again a frw months later etc. Its often very windy even on ground level because it's so close to the river.

There is constantly building work on the grounds, they seem incapable of doing a job right first time.

The property management take forever to fix things such as broken down lifts and the fob reader for the LG enterance which was left broken for over 2 months

This is very convenient for walking to bars and restaurants in the Baltic Triangle area. It's also within walking distance of the city centre, including the two main train stations.

The blinds are quite thin meaning the room gets very light in the morning.

What is the best feature of your home:

Bills are included in the rent which made it a much smoother and less stressful move than previous ones.

Fantastic building would recommend anyone to live here

The size of the flat is amazing with so much space for us
