Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Bale House is right next to Lewisham Station, so the trains, DLR, buses and taxis are all within easy reach. There is a large Tesco next door and various cafés around the Lewisham town centre.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Any queries relating to the flat have been addressed swiftly. They're a little slower responding to enquiries about the communal spaces however (e.g gym, dining rooms).
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
- The views from the upper floors are excellent; worth getting a city-facing flat. - The private dining rooms cost £80 to book on weekends.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living next to the Victoria line is great, and you're also closed to Tottenham Hale where you can get the train to Stansted which is great if you travel a lot. What the area is lacking are day to day services such as GP, buthers, florist, bakeries, restaurants etc (there are only cafes and breweries). It's not the kind of place where you can enjoy a walk around the neighborhood because there's no much to do. There's been a lot of phone snatching as well.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They always been pretty reactive with an answer span of one or two days. We never had any major problems but we the little fixed we needed they always helped.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I honestly don't know, I knew this place already as I was living in the area so there's really nothing.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Got booted out a couple of years ago as I demanded they do some repair before upping the rent. They never did and still haven't refunded my deposit as I refused their extra bill for "utilities and internet" which is paid separately. Also they only tell you when you are in that you can't choose electricity supplier as there is a contract on the building. (Is that even legal?)
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Secure entrance did't work and homeless people were sleeping in the stairwell.
What is the best feature of your home:
It looks good until you move in. The damp and dirt is astounding. They never cleaned the flat before me moving in. There was rotting food there that had been there a month before.

Stratford in a amazing area to like . You can find everything is available around you. Food, transport, shopping, activities and parks.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When we moved-in Sai was at the reception. Sai is truly amazing—she has such a positive and approachable attitude, always smiling and full of warmth. She patiently answered all my questions with care. At Coppermaker Square, Sai is the best person to reach out to. Her passion for helping others shines through; she doesn’t just do her job, she genuinely cares about people. Her thoughtful and compassionate nature left a lasting impression on me.

I wish we has some parking available here. Its sometimes stressful to park around.
