The area il be honest on first impressions isn't the prettiest however I was pleasantly surprised as after you get to know the area in a short walk you have some amazing parks, loads of shops and restaurants and having a direct link to London in under 13 minutes means you never too far away from the city.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Every time I have had a issue I've raised this on the app they have and the next day normally I am contacted to book a date to get it repaired/actioned.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking is a nightmare, lucky for me I don't drive but when having friends/family visit there is only disabled parking onsite so something to be aware of.

While the area isn't my favourite, it's convenient with a decent range of shops and supermarkets nearby. The train station is only 4 minutes away.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I submitted a support ticket through the app, and it was resolved within 24 hours. The process was incredibly efficient.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Give this place a try! While I’m not crazy about the area, this is by far the best co-living space I’ve visited, and I’m absolutely thrilled with my experience so far.

The area boasts a fantastic range of local shops, cafes, and restaurants, offering plenty of variety and high-quality options. There are also several open spaces nearby, perfect for walks or outdoor relaxation, which adds to the appeal of the neighborhood. The transport links are convenient, with buses and trains available within walking distance, making it easy to get around the city or beyond!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management has been responsive and addresses issues promptly, though communication about ongoing updates could improve.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
While the area has some street parking, it can be limited and competitive, especially during busy times. This can be inconvenient when hosting guests, so planning ahead is essential. For new tenants, I’d recommend informing visitors about nearby parking options in advance.

Very convenient from the station. Bus stop right outside too. Plenty of shops and food places on the High Street, which is a 5 min walk. Not able to get a parking permit due to building regulations but can hire local driveways if you need
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Very quickly and well. They have responded to my queries within 24-48 hours usually. The app is also nice to use wherein you can log maintainence queries
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Shared living areas such as library, table tennis area and gym are all very well looked after. No parking permits available, but very well connected to local transport services,

There are plenty of stores available nearby, there is a 24 hour shop available a 3 minute walk from the building, there is also Harrow and Wealdstone station a 4 minute walk from the building

The staff are always quick to respond and will always help with any issues as soon as possible

I wish I'd known about the building earlier as I'd have moved in sooner
