Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
There aren’t any local bars or restaurants unless you walk to the main highstreet, however this does make the estate quiet. Good transport links into central. Parking has been a bit of a nightmare where people park where they want despite being told when purchasing the properties no street parking. Also, bins regularly don’t get collected due to naive residents and it’s residents that have taken action against other residents to try and stop extra charges been applied not the management company.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Be prepared to be cold in winter unless you are okay with spending lots of money on heating.
What is the best feature of your home:
The amount of nature light from the windows, which ultimately gives the best views surrounding the property, especially the terrace over looking North West London.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Locals shops are around 10min walk with Edgware city centre about 30 mins walk. There is a single bus running past the development. A great range of shops and restaurants. I like the quietness of the area and greenery directly surrounding the area
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wasn’t expecting there to be 100 plus points for snagging. Poor quality control and then ask owner to go through each point and turn developers takes months to remedy it
What is the best feature of your home:
Mainly the location. Rooms are decent size as well

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The nearest supermarket around the estate takes 15 mins drive, so it’s not a convenient site for daily shopping. Regarding the public transport, the bus stop is within abfew minutes walk but the tube station takes 25mins which is not so desirable especially in winter time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
No water tap for garden in the original plan which was later to be installed by the developer but I had already paid someone else to fix one for me.
What is the best feature of your home:
The kitchen cabinet is the best, especially the material of the cabinet doors, which is easy to clean and care.

Love the area just don't like being lied to about visitor parking before we bought our home the sales team gave you all the things you wanna hear but didn't live up to any promises. 2-year warranty doesn't have any grounds literally after 1 year they will fob you off as much as they can.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I i wish had known there was no visitor parking as I would have chosen a different option or a different home.
What is the best feature of your home:
home, in general, is a nice size and generally oh k

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
On the whole there is no problem with the local area. Transport links are good with a bus right outside that goes to Edgware station. There is no traffic noise as it's not a through road and there is little anti social behaviour. Parking is a problem as it seems people didn't take on board that there is no visitor parking here, so you often arrive home to find someone in your space. Many residents have had to pay out themselves to install bollards. Overall I'd say it was pleasant living here.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
We wish we had known that the block had housing association flats in it before we bought. We were of the opinion that the block was all private owners. As we were moving from a block that had housing association flats in that had caused numerous anti social behaviour problems it would have been a deal breaker for us had we been informed. It will also affect the value of our flat should we sell as the flat is not in a private block.
What is the best feature of your home:
The balcony, it gives us a whole other "room" in the summer.
