Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s nice living in Wembley Park, easy route to the station and loads of shops around you. Event days are very busy but the council / building are good at managing it and things get cleaned up and back to normal quickly after, notice is also given.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Mostly okay, one major request which took some escalation and we are still waiting on.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It’s so nice living in an area where security are always walking around, the biggest plus as a woman. For Alameda specifically, package system works really well and we’ve never experienced any theft etc, gym is great and 24/7. Bin system has gotten better under the new management. Come to Alameda you won’t regret it :)

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location itself is wonderful and I enjoy living here. However, when events take place, the area can become quite overwhelming.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The new management team is generally helpful and courteous, but their response times could improve—they likely have a lot on their plate, which sometimes causes delays. I hope to see this area continue to improve.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One of the things I really liked when I first moved in was the convenience of not having to set up separate accounts to pay my bills — I could simply pay everything directly through management. Unfortunately, that has recently changed, and now I have to handle the setup and payments myself. I’ve always lived in apartments where this was managed by the landlord, and I personally prefer that arrangement. Honestly, if I had known this would change, I might have reconsidered taking the apartment. But here I am now, making the best of it.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The local area is full of shops and Amazon Fresh being downstairs is very useful. Shops are open late so it’s very convenient. Busy area makes it feel safe even at nighttime.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yasmin is always helpful and makes sure that she does all she can to assist with any query - no ask feels too much to her. I have found that sometimes the maintenance team can take some time to come, but I feel assured that the residence team, being Yasmin, does chase them to ensure we get our issues sorted.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Sometimes weekends are impacted by noise with a fan zone just outside the OVO arena, but this is only a problem with the door/windows open. When they’re closed, they provide good noise insulation.

So much to do in the local area, from a range of shops to lovely restaurants. Convenient for tube station with both met and jubilee lines. Area is always well lit at night and feel safe, and building security is a great addition.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Maintenance issues raised on the app and attended to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Flats are very spacious and the gym is brilliant. Love the surrounding area but can get busy on event days.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The locality is great! It's just an 8-minute walk to Wembley Park Station, making travel super easy. The area feels safe, and there are lots of restaurants nearby, which is really convenient. The only issue is that roads and bus stops close during events at the stadium, which can be frustrating. But apart from that, everything else is fine!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yasmin and Ameed have been very helpful and responsive to all issues i have raised after moving in.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The road closures and the bus stops whenever closures during the event days
