Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
City-co living is very well situated on the quayside. The two different exits allow you to access both the city and quayside easily. A 1 minute walk will take you to the river, where sunday markets are held full of food stalls and small business stands. Many local bars and pubs are situated on the street outside, with beautiful buildings and scenery
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have only had one problem since living here, which was associated with a neighbour. The team handled it very quickly and professionally
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew exactly what view I was going to get from my room. When I came for the viewing the building wasnt finished yet so I could only view from the 6th floor. If I had seen the view from the higher floors before I would have chosen a higher room.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location but customer service and decoration quality have been awful. They turfed our garden for us due to the bad job they made of decorating but made such a bad job of it. There is rubble within the turf and it’s so bump we can’t cut the grass. We challenged them on this and were told it was our responsibility to maintain (and make sure rubble was removed supposedly). I haven’t had as bad customer service before.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
That the helpfulness of Keepmoat would end as soon as we completed.
What is the best feature of your home:
The home is spacious and the walls no longer look like a lunar surface after we redecorated ourselves.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The building is located close to local facilities, there are local shops around and most importantly, bus stop is just 5mins walk from the facility. A strategic location I would say. Although main big shops like Tesco’s etc are quite far off,but you could get basic items around the shops nearby. The post office is about 11mins walk, and the estate is practically safe for everyone so far my stay there.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have been great, swift and reliable. I would give them a big thumbsup
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Take pictures when you get in. The bathroom walls sometimes develop mould so speak up on time for it to be fix. The bathroom grout also gets mould from the constant moisture but sometimes it just need a higher increase of the ventilation. So always ignore your landlord to avoid further damage

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Parking availability is decent, Bin collections are regular and efficient, There's minimal anti-social behavior, with a strong sense of community Overall, I'm satisfied with the amenities, transport links, and living conditions on my street.

They've promptly addressed maintenance requests, such as fixing toilet damps, faulty extraction fan
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Don't be shy! Introduce yourself to your neighbors and start building relationships. It's a great way to create a sense of community and make the building feel like home.
