Major problem with bin storage, drainage in gardens and the grass/turf in gardens. Sad excuse for communal garden.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Only one minor issue resolved. Still waiting on others with no updates/resolution.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Poorly designed for bins and collection. Could have had a bigger garden and more parking but wasnt given the choice.

I’m pleased with the new building development at this location. It’s encouraging to see that the project has been managed thoughtfully, with attention to minimizing disruption to the local community. Garbage collection has been timely and effective, keeping the area clean and tidy. I’ve also noticed clear improvements in noise reduction efforts, which have helped maintain a peaceful environment. Traffic control around the site appears well-organized, ensuring safety and minimizing congestion. Most importantly, there has been no sign of antisocial behavior linked to the development, which speaks well of both the management and the community. Overall, the development has been a welcome and responsibly handled addition to the neighborhood.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We appreciate the prompt response by the building management in addressing the minor defects on the walls. It’s reassuring to see that such issues are taken seriously and dealt with efficiently. The timely repairs reflect a strong commitment to maintaining the quality and appearance of the property, and it gives residents confidence in the ongoing care and attention to detail by the management team.

One good thing we wish we had known before moving into the new house is just how well the community is managed and how smoothly everything runs. From the efficient building services to the peaceful atmosphere, it has been a pleasant surprise that exceeded our expectations.

We pretty much very happy with location to shops and take aways. One thing i must say is when driving through the estate there is definitely not enough parking, the roads in some area are definitely not wide enough and the speed some people travel is shocking with the amount of kids about.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes and the situations was resolved by refering to the Simply life App.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Just the roads as mentioned before the roads aren't wide enought and the add parked cars. Its like an obstacles course when busy.

Very quiet friendly neighbours with a wide range of facilities around the village e.g. close to North Tees hospital, two petrol stations (Tesco + BP). Easily accessible throught the two biggest main roads A19 and the A1M . Plenty parking availability around the estate
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Building management always send regular updates through email and post and they are very reliable with yearly checks and maintenance
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Have a drive around the area and see if you can Invision yourself leaving there for a while.

Perfect! Out of the way and secluded, but a 2 minute drive from a main motor way to numerous shopping centres. Also a local store, pub and hairdressers. Grounds are beautifully kept and a safe and secluded area.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, immediate responses from the Simple Life Team - so helpful
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
When other properties would be ready may have been helpful as we may have went for a bigger one.
