Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Most things are great, there's a shop across the road and a Sainsbury's daily down the road with a morrisons about 5 minutes walk away. A very nice pub very close to the area. About a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The area isn't the best, there was a lot of anti social activity a while ago with people running around the area and police pushing them back up towards our area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't had any issues so far, but I'm assuming they would be quick to act if we did.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Check out the area before you decide on moving in, if you have kids I imagine you'd want to make sure the area is safe.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local shops are within walking distance and I am close to my place of work. Parking is a little dicey as lots of people park on the street

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Aside from schedule differences, I’ve had my queries dealt with promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn’t anything that I can think of, non applicable

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Area is average, I’ve lived in Worse and I’ve lived in better. Central in the town and close to many shops. Down side is it’s close enough to football ground that on a match day parking is difficult.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issues have been dealt with quickly, once I had some plaster work done and the quality was terrible, Placefirst sent different contractors to rectify this.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking can be an issue at times and the yearly rent increases mount up.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Quality shops like a Sainsbury’s local and a good Chinese is all by our doorstep. Parking is also great, again by your doorstep.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Personally not had an issue or any problems so this hasn’t be a cause for concern.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish this place was advertised more directly to me. I spent so long looking for a place to live that was modern, safe and suitable for someone new to the area.
