Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect! Out of the way and secluded, but a 2 minute drive from a main motor way to numerous shopping centres. Also a local store, pub and hairdressers. Grounds are beautifully kept and a safe and secluded area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, immediate responses from the Simple Life Team - so helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

When other properties would be ready may have been helpful as we may have went for a bigger one.

A Luxury home with stress-free living ….

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The Wynyard area where Siskin Park is based is a stunning countryside location. The access to local airports and rail transport is excellent. Landscaping is still under construction but developing into a very nice place to reside. Parking is excellent in my street and bin collection is regular and efficient. There’s is very little traffic noise even though the houses are close to main roads. Restaurants bars and shops are very limited right now but still accessible. The bus service is up and running, with the bus stop a short walk from the house.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have encountered a couple of non-urgent maintenance issues that have been dealt with quickly and efficiently ….

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is plenty of information to enable an informed decision including being aware that building is ongoing …. So need to be mindful of the muddy conditions.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Local to good amenities. Easy access to motorways A19 and A1. Good bus service runs on site. New supermarket and retail park being built within walking distance. Open areas. And good walks around the area and there's a golf course Bin collection and council amenities good No anti social that I have seen. There's also security in each gated entrance who constantly survey the area. Small villages nearby that have a good range of shops and post office. I love living on my street as I have great neighbours thanks to simplelifes vetting system. All houses have ample parking facilities. The development

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

With a professional manner polite and understanding nature

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Only wished I had known about this company years ago . Our life would have been so much easier. We lost our home in Spain due to a national disaster (flood) in 2019 then COVID made it difficult to get back. We rented two homes both where the landlords decided to sell on. So life hasn't been easy until we came across Simple Life

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Most things are great, there's a shop across the road and a Sainsbury's daily down the road with a morrisons about 5 minutes walk away. A very nice pub very close to the area. About a 10 minute walk from the town centre. The area isn't the best, there was a lot of anti social activity a while ago with people running around the area and police pushing them back up towards our area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We haven't had any issues so far, but I'm assuming they would be quick to act if we did.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Check out the area before you decide on moving in, if you have kids I imagine you'd want to make sure the area is safe.
