One of the strongest point about "The Quarters Apartment " is its location. It's perfect proximity to Croydon shopping center, East and West Croydon train stations, restaurants etc makes it ideal place to live. On top of it , the moment you step out of property, you get frequent trams.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Team is absolutely fantastic. Team has responded the issues reported within 1-2 hrs all the time. Very much satisfied with the services offered.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing :), Before moving in the property I knew I will like it and after staying for an year, I dont regret my decision, given a chance I would like to be there again.

Living in the area has its perks, with a good range of local shops, restaurants, and open spaces, making it convenient for everyday needs and leisure. Commuting is straightforward, making it a great choice for professionals or anyone needing easy access to the city. While occasional delays can happen, the frequent transport links more than make up for this, though occasional delays can be frustrating. The street is quiet and well-maintained, with regular bin collections.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been generally responsive to the issues I’ve raised, with most concerns addressed in a timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known more about the frequency of maintenance activities and how quickly they are resolved. Additionally, understanding the concierge availability and noise levels during certain hours would have been helpful.

The quarters is located nearby the train station (5 min walk) There are plenty of shops and amenities within really few minutes walk The white gift is reachable by the underground tunnel and from your doors to the shops, I only need 3 min. However the council should take serious actions and look after its hygiene

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very quick and professional. Tida and Indre were very quick and professional when ever there was an issue in the flat to be addressed. the gentile men who was troubleshooting is very efficient and quick as well.

All good, I had no bad surprises thorough my stay.

The building management team has been outstanding in addressing any issues promptly and efficiently. Any reported concerns are resolved swiftly, ensuring that residents feel valued and supported.

I wish I had known how well - connected and friendly the community is. The social atmosphere and events create a welcoming environment, making it easy to know neighbours and feel at home.

V close to the station with plenty of connections, lots of shops and restaurants. Whitgift is quite derelict and area can be a bit rough.

Quick, rapid same day/ quickly. Very responsive and helpful

Great, quiet place. Nice to be near stations. Quite a few shops have closed over the years.
