It has been an incredible experience staying here! The location is ideal. Transport links are very convenient, with the tube station just a short walk away, making it easy to get around the city.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management address concerns promptly and ensure everything is resolved in a timely manner. I’d like to give a special thanks to the exceptional team here, particularly Selna and Aga, who ensured that every detail was taken care of, making my stay truly enjoyable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It's just a short walk to grocery stores and the tube station, which makes everything so convenient. It’s great to have essential amenities close by.

This area could not be more convenient. Metropolitan and Jubilee Lines literally over the road at Finchley Road. 15 mins into Farringdon or the West End. Flagship Waitrose store directly opposite plus Sainsbury’s and Lidl a 5 minutes walk. There is a superb Italian restaurant Terra Terra right here in Quarters and many more within walking distance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I’d known that places like this actually exist as it would have saved a lot of time and energy searching the internet for rentals.

What is the best feature of your home:

Peace and quiet as well as understated luxury. Selna and Aga run the place with effortless charm and professionalism.

Very convenient for the tube, Waitrose and Vue at 02. Don't drive so parking is not an issue. Luckily my studio faces the back so I don't suffer from traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had a mouse issue but I had to sort it out myself

Choose an apartment facing the back--much better quality of life.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location of the quarters is perfect.It is right in front of Waitrose multiple shops cafes etc and opposite the finchley road tube station. It has everything you need and one of the best parts about it is that the double glazing makes the apartment extremely quiet even though it is in the middle of everything.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Helped with everything on time the maintenance and concierge were professional and friendly. Mathew and Sulemien were great concierge’s.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The only issue was that the mattress was a little dipped in on one side.

Good transport into the city. Varius supermarkets within walking distance. Generally safe, although at night be careful if alone.
