Before moving into this development, I wish I had known about the incredible sense of community and the various initiatives that the building management undertakes to enhance resident experiences. While a typical viewing might give you an idea about the physical aspects of the apartment, such as its design, facilities, and cleanliness, it's the intangible qualities that truly make living here special.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is its large, south-facing windows that not only flood the living space with natural light throughout the day but also offer a stunning view of the surrounding landscape. This architectural choice not only enhances the aesthetic appeal of the interior but also significantly contributes to a positive, uplifting atmosphere within the home. The abundance of sunlight not only saves on lighting during the day but also has a profound effect on well-being, making the space feel more open, airy, and welcoming.

When we have problem Day staff always say call to our agency. Only night guy Will come to our apartment and fix problem

I have to say location is the best valuable advantages of living at this accommodation Outstanding service from Will , his consistency and reliability when dealing with any problems we had was amazing We appreciated his efforts and tye way he made us felt safe and we could trust him

No discount on car park is expensive No onsite management to respond to our complaints No proper ventilation system it's major issue we faced

Location is perfect we couldn't ask for better one Very secure with wonderful night staff Will who was the best concierge

There are some local groceries around Asda but not many restaurants Very close to our university Good area to live in feel safe coming back at early hours on the morning

No onsite maintenance as we have to wait months till things get fixed No onsite management to speak to when we have some issues Unfriendly and very unhelpful receptionists during the day , they barely smile and only choose few students to talk to while ignoring us and my friends , they are rude

What is the best feature of your home:

Very secure place with concierge 24/7 Only 5 minutes to university which is it's great bonus , save us much time , no need to worry about traffic, parking Service we received from Will the night receptionist was excellent, always help us with everything we asked for, he is very funny and made my friends feel welcomed He remembered all their names anytime they came to visit us Thank you Will for your amazing customer service

Very nice environment with friendly people in the building. Especially Yoana, the best staff in the building I have ever met. She is friendly and always helpful.

If there is a openable window in the living room of 2b2b, it would be better. As well as wash machines with drying function.
