Very close to the city centre, about a 10 minute walk away from Selfridges. Plenty of amenities around

No independent broadband available, you have to purchase the broadband supplied by the apartment.

What is the best feature of your home:

Roof terrace is a great place to get some fresh air and view over Manchester City

Very close to the city, easily accessible. Arndale shopping centre is just a 10 min walk away on a straight route.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Maintenance was slow, but this is subject to different property agents’ follow up.

What is the best feature of your home:

Amenities were very easily accessible, layout of the apartment also suited tenants well.

Many convenient elements: Very near the city center, walkable distance. Each level have the bin collection door. Can dispose the trash anytime you want. Have traffic and nearby construction noise but the windows do good in the noise insulation.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There is no window in the dining area, only in the bedroom for 1 bedroom apartment.

What is the best feature of your home:

Furnished, and the the furniture are not bad. Unfortunately, I cannot know the energy level for the fridge and laundry machine.

Love the location 5 min walk into Manchester is amazing only noise we really hear is the bins collected early on Tuesday mornings at 6am but other then that’s it’s very quiet

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The location is so convenient not as busy as central Manchester which we actually prefer and so close to the arndale and Spinningfields

What is the best feature of your home:

We love the floor to ceiling windows they let so much light in which is amazing for city living

Great location and I love the roof terrace but could improve on more variety of gym equipment and the PT to hold classes within the class work room and a way to know when these classes are on like a calendar or app
