Well there’s not much traffic as the house is build in an estate off the road so there’s not much traffic and the restaurant are only 5 minute drive away so that’s really good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded very quickly and they tell you when they will come by and fix the problem

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The new estate is very good and it’s built off from the noisy areas so it’s always quiet only loud when the young kids play out during the day

One thing I dislike about the area is the amount of traffic.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has responded to my problems both efficiently and swiftly.

One thing I wish I knew before I moved in was the traffic and noise.

What I dislike about this area is that it is very noisy and the windows all the noise to travel easily in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is the distance it takes to the school.

What I really like about this area is that it is situated near the main road which means you can find everything around. It is also a very lovely area.

I don't believe I needed to know anything before I moved in.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is the Common garden at the front. It adds an element of nature to the conplex.

What I like about the area is the great transport links.

The building management has responded promptly to all issues I have raised.
