I have no complaints about the design of my flat or the buildings

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I have now been in my flat for over two years and I absolutely love it. Chiswick high street is a 10 minute walk, as is Acton town centre. The transport links via tube and bus are brilliant, London is extremely accessible from either Acton Town or South Acton stations. I have seen very little anti-social behaviour during my time here and feel very comfortable living here.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The under-floor heating - if left off for a long period of time - can stop working. This is especially frustrating in winter as the heating hasn't been on over summer and has required a fix both years. The heating pump can become stuck if not used regularly and the advice from the engineer is to run the heating at least once a week, even in summer.

What is the best feature of your home:

My space feels very comfortable, it is a nice spacious one-bed flag and the bathroom, living room and bedroom are all perfect in my opinion.

Used to be great now it's just OK due to the price increases

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Living in my local area is alright, but it's not exactly thrilling. The range of shops and restaurants is decent, but nothing extraordinary. There are enough options to satisfy basic needs, but don't expect any culinary adventures. Bars offer a decent night out, but they lack the charm of more vibrant neighborhoods. Transport links are the saving grace here. The location is convenient for London-based folks, with easy access to buses and trains. However, occasional delays and overcrowding can be a hassle. As for living on my street, parking availability is hit or miss. There's noticeable traffic noise, which can be bothersome at times. Overall, it's an okay place to live, but don't expect anything amazing.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the impact of traffic on air quality and dust levels in the area. During the viewing, the neighborhood may have seemed peaceful, but the reality of daily life in the development includes exposure to increased dust and air pollution from nearby roads. It's something to consider for anyone concerned about respiratory health or overall well-being, as it can affect the comfort and enjoyment of living in the area. Additionally, the constant rise in property prices was unexpected, indicating the desirability of the location but also raising questions about long-term affordability and future investment potential.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is its spacious and sunlit living room.

Great area and nice flats

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very good for public transport, just beside overground station and close to a couple of underground stations too. Parking is not great so better for those who do not own a car. Development is very close to a couple of green areas so it is quite and residential but also have a local supermarket nearby, close to Acton and Chiswick High Rd so lots of options for food and shopping. Area is great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They acknowledge issues and try to resolve although not always as quick as you would like and for more complicated matters you might need to chase a few times to get things done.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lack of parking in the area and lack of parking permits issue by the council, cladding issues.
