Convenient transport, diverse amenities, including lots of shops on the high street and large supermarkets only walking distance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have been very helpful from the start, we had an issue with one of the freezer trays being broken from the start of our tenancy and Eddie was quick to get it replaced.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

It would have been nice to know more about the schools in the local area that are in proximity.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Just 3 mins walk to Hays & Harrington station of Elizabeth line, around 20 mins travel to Central London, very convenient. Walk 5-10 mins to High Street, with library, gym, swimming pool, grocery shops, bars, supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and even 3 NHS clinics nearby. With own private car park rent to the tenants. In addition to the 40+ sheltered parking slots from a Council Parking just outside, parking shouldn’t be a problem. Bin collection and the overall building management is excellent, tidy snd clean in common areas.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The response time is quick which is normally within the same day to get the issue addressed or even fixed, appreciated it much.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Have a look at the top roof common BBQ area, you would be surprised.

Hi guys, Hats off EDDIE KRONAJ, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ He went way beyond for us, he styayed overtime and sorted our problem. Assisted us the best. Always there whenever we need him for anything. A gem.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As mentioned above, EDDIE KRONAJ, the best guy, went way beyond his job. Stayed till 08:30 pm on a Friday to sort out our problem. Still assisting us the best.

A Comfortable Living Experience with Responsive Management

Blyth Road in UB3 offers a mix of convenience and challenges. On the positive side, the area is well-connected, with easy access to public transport like buses and trains, making commuting straightforward. The proximity to Heathrow Airport is a big plus for frequent travelers. There's a variety of shops, cafes, and supermarkets within walking distance, which makes daily errands easy. However, the area can get busy, especially during peak hours, and occasional noise from the nearby train can be a downside.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’ve raised couple of minor issues during my 5 years stay like a toilet seat flush and fire alarm batteries. Both Eddie and Brian were quick to address these concerns, arranging repairs within a day or two. Their responsiveness and willingness to help make living here much more comfortable and stress-free.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Honestly, there’s not much more I could ask for, this place truly offers great value for money. The rent is reasonable for the quality of the development and the location, and with the excellent building management and amenities provided, it’s hard to find anything to complain about.
