There's a nice park near the development. It's in a great location as its close to public transports. There is also a local shop in the development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I recently moved into Apo Barking development but the management team have being welcoming and helped make my move in on the day easier. Abbey was helpful, friendly and engaging.

1. Affordability – Compared to other parts of London, Barking offers relatively affordable housing, making it a good option for first-time buyers and renters. 2. Transport Links – Barking Station connects to the District and Hammersmith & City lines, the Overground, and C2C services, offering quick access to central London and Essex. The upcoming Elizabeth Line at nearby Ilford further enhances connectivity.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Of course, as with any development, there’s always room for improvement, but overall, the landlord has been professional, and the living experience here has been positive. I’d definitely recommend this building to anyone looking for a well-managed, comfortable place to live.

efore moving here, I wish I had known how challenging parking can be. While some buildings offer private or allocated parking, street parking is often limited, and permit regulations can be quite strict. If you rely on a car, it’s important to check parking availability in advance to avoid any hassle. Planning ahead can save a lot of time and frustration!

Nothing bad just great people around and also being looked after. Also Abigail has looked after us as well and the whole team

They have responded very well to us me and my wife with any enquiry we have had

Great people, great neighbours! Bin collections are always on time. There isn’t any noise from neighbours

They have been really fast and quick with their responses

The amazing events we have at apo! The parks and the cafe’s we have close by.

The area surrounding the development is bustling with numerous shops, restaurants, and bars, and there's also the possibility of finding open spaces such as parks.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always respond to me as quickly as possible; I have nothing but good things to say about them, particularly Andreja from the host team, who is very helpful, polite, and always ready to assist.

In my view, the app available to us residents is quite beneficial. Whether you need advice, wish to buy or sell items, share information, lodge complaints, or meet new people, it serves a variety of purposes.
