Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Transport options are fantastic. An approximately 30s walk to Kew Bridge station can get you to Waterloo in 20-25 minutes. The bus stop is also right outside the building and can get you to Richmond, Chiswick, Hammersmith all within 10-15 mins. There are a number of food options also within a short walk, be it Sainsbury's Local, takeaway options and more traditional restaurants.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, the team were very attentive and getting any issues resolved in a very short space of time.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would say mainly make the most of the shared facilities, particularly if you work from home. I always felt better when I worked from the coworking space, rather than stuck in my apartment day after day.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Apo Kew Bridge, offers a modern living experience with several amenities and a variety of local shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. The small high street near Kew Gardens Station has lovely boutique shops, organic food stores, and independent cafes. The monthly Kew Village Market is a must-visit for artisan food, crafts, and live music. While transport links are generally convenient - Distric Line and and Kew Bridge station, public transport can become busy during peak hours, which may affect commuting times. Also, the proximity with Brentford stadium can be a bit chaotic during the match days.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The management team has been excellent so far. Any issues I’ve raised have been handled promptly and professionally. The whole team - Habiba, Ray, Ben within others is responsive, friendly, and always willing to assist, whether it’s a maintenance request or general inquiries. Common areas are well-maintained, and any concerns are quickly addressed, making for a hassle-free living experience. Overall, I’ve had a great experience with the management and feel well looked after as a resident.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Parking in the are is not an easy job unfortunately. The building should have more parking bays available for visitors considering the lack of car parks in the area.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
A place full of gastronomy with the main street of Chiwick 15 minutes walk away, the river nearby with good pubs to eat or have a good beer
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes all of them. They have helped me with all the new things I have asked for. The team is quick to respond and eager to help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would just say to continue being as they do now, having the right team helping the residents to be well.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area offers very good amenities with diverse shops along Kew Bridge Road and Chiswick High Road. Transport is convenient with Kew Bridge station and several bus routes, though Gunnersbury is unfortunately not the most reliable station of TfL, likewise District line. Living here is generally peaceful, I am happy to live here.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They immediately take action whenever we raise a concern, and genuinely strive to solve the issue. It sometimes takes time, but I see efforts and it matters.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Council tax rate. I moved here when I was a student, and now that I am not anymore, I need to pay a Council tax that is relatively high for my budget and income.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The local area has its advantages and disadvantages. On the plus side, it’s very close to the embankment and a lovely park, which provide excellent open spaces for walks and outdoor activities. Transport links are fairly convenient, making it easy to reach nearby areas. However, there aren’t many cafes or shops around yet, so options for dining out or grabbing essentials are limited. The ongoing construction is a bit of a downside, creating some noise and making the area feel less nice at times, but hopefully, this will improve in the future.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management responded promptly and efficiently, addressing any issues I raised in a timely manner.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing I wish I had known before moving in is that there’s a convenient shop nearby called Mum’s Whole Food. It’s a nice option for fresh produce.
