Close to good schools nursery’s, Leisure and retail. Lovely walks in the bog and surrounding areas right out side the estate. Neighbours and people seem lovely.

Would of been nice to of seen the plans of the estate before hand

What is the best feature of your home:

The flow from the front door through to hallway, living room kitchen to the garden

Lovely secluded area which is pretty quiet however busy main road which unfortunately does have a lot of cars speeding.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lack of parking on the estate/ non existent visitor parking.

What is the best feature of your home:

Large bedrooms & ensuites. South facing garden & lovely neighbours

Perfect location for Durham, Sunderland, Newcastle all within reach within about 20 minutes.

Wish I had paid more attention where to add sockets

What is the best feature of your home:

The garage and the landing makes the house feel even bigger

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Parking is ok as got a drive but the roads are terrible as pot holes everywere. No local bus stops if you dont have transport or local shops within walking distance.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Access to local busses and shops if not driving.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature is that it retains the heat so bills are low.

Location is great close to around 3-4 schools, you can walk to hetton hight street in around 10 minutes if you cut through the bungalows, very close to A19 and A1

To be honest I just wouldn’t buy a persimmon, as soon as they have your money yours forgot about and the aftercare is non existent

What is the best feature of your home:

Kitchen because it’s the only room without faults.
