Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The good thing about living in this area is the amount of green and trees around us. The negative is the parked cars when getting into the estate and how busy it gets. There should be a crossing or speed bumps. Also some of the streets on the estate are littered with rubbish from house owners and dog Faeces on the pavements. I hope there will be dog poo bins on the estate!!!!!

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature is the brick build and old looking railings.

We love Bedwas. It has the perfect balance between being quiet and feeling like we are isolated in the country to 5 minutes down the road having all the restaurants pubs cafe and shops that we could wish for

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the garden doesn’t come turfed. It is disheartening spending so much money and having the perfect house to look out at a pile of mud for a garden

What is the best feature of your home:

The storage & kitchen. The house is designed perfectly

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Lots of local shops and cafes within around 20mins walk at the village along with swimming pool and library!! If you cut over the bridge close to the estate entrance you are at Aldi, Costa, KFC and places in around 10mins. Lovley quiet street all we can hear in the evening is the stream over the country lane.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The length of time it would be before the children’s play areas are completed.

What is the best feature of your home:

Being in the village we have always lived in for generation of both our families, but with a modern e grey efficient detached home.

The development is out the way enough to be really quiet and peaceful but still within walking distance to shops and schools etc. The street is lovely and quiet

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the rear garden top soil would be full of weed seeds and rocks. this has made getting a nice lawn almost impossible

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the fact out home has a shared drive way between just 2 houses. It's off the road with just a footpath and stream in front. This enables us to have a lot of parkings and a large front lawn

Parking is brilliant room for at least two cars on the driveway.I am disabled so too far away from the nearest bus stop but recently a bus stop has been put on the estate so maybe a bus will enter the estate at some point but I haven't found out any information yet.No anti social issues,bin collection fine,every tuesday.again nearest shop too far away for me at least a twenty minute walk.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Garden slopes a bit and has become very water logged don't think it is very good soil

What is the best feature of your home:

Beautiful sunny South facing garden and lovely flat patio and full size patio doors
