Design is fantastic building management is good as its clean most of the time. However alarms have gone off before without people coming out straight away to help. The bin area is always kept clean and maintained. Overall the facility is overall a good standard.

Lovely design but very dodgy area. I've had a few incidents with people shouting including one event where we had the police looking for someone. The area is also very noisy and we can hear everything from our property.

The flat is great, its spacious and bright with a smart layout. The high ceilings are the best part as it makes the flat look bigger. It gets warm in here which is great for the winter but it does get uncomfortable in the summer. The ventilation systems don't work which is annoying. A lot of noise from traffic and dust gets in the house as well. I dont feel safe here either, we've had homeless people barricade themselves in the bin stores. The area has many facilities to offer and an easy commute. The neighbours are also friendly.

The flat is great! Really big and its built with a modern design. Theres plenty of storage and the space has been used efficiently. The view from the balcony is great but apart from the traffic noise we have no issues with smells or pollution. The residents of development are friendly and its safe to live here. The area has many facilities to offer such as many transport links and shops.

The flat is lovely with a great layout, the kitchen and living room is upstairs and the bedrooms are downstairs which I really like. It was built with some cheap material, for example the paint comes off the walls when you wipe it and the carpet was made of bad quality so I had to replace it. The bills are cost effective, which is great. I never find myself having to turn on the heating, it always warm in here and I even called maintenance because I thought the heating was constantly on but it wasn’t, the insulations is just great. We do pay a £300 service is charge which is a lot considering there aren’t many services to offer, a staff member just waters plants upstairs which are dead anyway. The maintenance team are great but there one concierge that doesn’t do much which is annoying.
