I am happy choosing charter place, great location, very good management which responds on time, great facilities like gym and lounge that allows 24/7. Everything is accessible from restaurants, shops, high street, bus station, underground tube station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Al-Karim and Sorin Management team was very helpful they solved my problem within hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The location is perfect and always quiet inside the flat but so close to everything including shops and grocery stores.

It is quite hard to do the quick shopping. There are not many shop near this area, The shop that near is only amazon fresh or some local shop but some other store are quite far from here like Tesco or Asda

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The service was excellent and fast. We sent a request to fix the light bulb and the door, and Rad and his team provided friendly and outstanding service.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing bad just sometimes too many people walkthrough pass the front house to access the back door that near underground station.

RAD and his team did very good job on both ocassions when our shower panel came out loose and also when our washing machine would leak.He was dot on time and did the job quick within few minutes, very efficiently.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very promptly.The maintenance service team is very efficient.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Guest parking facility isn’t available.That is an issue here.
