I am happy choosing charter place, great location, very good management which responds on time, great facilities like gym and lounge that allows 24/7. Everything is accessible from restaurants, shops, high street, bus station, underground tube station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Al-Karim and Sorin Management team was very helpful they solved my problem within hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The location is perfect and always quiet inside the flat but so close to everything including shops and grocery stores.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great location, public transport a few minutes walk away. High Street is also a few minutes walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management always respond on any problems I have raised in a professional manner.

The way security respond is amazing. You really feel safe at Charter Place.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Hounslow not a bad area, there's worse but that’s just London nowadays anyway you get the good and the bad. There’s a good array of food shops around and a row of shopping stores which is great also. I would say it’s a reasonably safe area as I’ve never had any issues but for some at night or very early hours of morning like in most areas of London you do get the occasional drunk or druggie.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very promptly and quick they’re on point! Dealt with our issues very well

Nothing really , everything we wanted to know we got already

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The development is within walking distance of amenities and public transport. It's a relatively quiet area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They tend to react promptly and courteously. They keep us updated regularly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The noise from Hounslow Bust Station may be a factor that may have a negative factor.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Perfect location for commuters as the bust station is just outside the block and tube station is 10 min walk away.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Property management team has been excellent. Any queries are always resolved efficiently and with a smile :)

You will encounter little fluff balls (dogs and cats) either through windows or in corridors which always makes a gloomy day a bit brigther! :)
