I am happy choosing charter place, great location, very good management which responds on time, great facilities like gym and lounge that allows 24/7. Everything is accessible from restaurants, shops, high street, bus station, underground tube station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Al-Karim and Sorin Management team was very helpful they solved my problem within hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The location is perfect and always quiet inside the flat but so close to everything including shops and grocery stores.

I live in Charter place houses, and overall, it has its pros and cons. The local shops and restaurants offer a decent variety, with some great independent cafes and supermarkets, though certain goods can be pricey. There are several open spaces and parks, which are well-maintained and great for walks or exercise. Transport links are generally good, with frequent buses and a nearby train station, but rush-hour congestion can be frustrating. Parking can be a challenge, especially in the evenings, and bin collections are reliable but sometimes inconsistent. The area is mostly quiet, though occasional traffic noise and minor anti-social behavior can be an issue.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management’s service has been excellent. They respond promptly to any issues raised, ensuring that repairs and maintenance are handled efficiently. Communication is clear, and they are always professional and helpful in resolving any concerns.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how well-managed the building is—issues are resolved quickly, and the staff is always helpful. Overall, it’s a great place to live!

There are tons of restaurants and cafes nearby. Infact Balluci is right within the same building and Moroccan cafe is opposite to it. The streets are quite clean for a main bus terminal hub. Noise levels are low and the bin collections are adequately on time.

Prompt response and really good accessibility to the concierge

The proximity of hospitals and schools . The cleanliness of the surrounding as to how efficient the council in Hounslow works

Charter Place building is strategically located Next to Hounslow Bus Station and only 5 minutes from Piccadilly line train.

Management is proactive and very east to contact online and in office

This apartment complex is in an excellent location, with a diverse range of shops, restaurants, and services within walking distance. From multicultural grocery stores to all sorts of everyday essentials, everything you need is easily accessible thanks to its proximity to the high street. Transport links are fantastic, as it sits right between a busy bus station and a Piccadilly Line underground station, making commuting a breeze. Parking is easily available, bin collection is regular and well-organized, and despite being in a lively area, traffic noise is barely noticeable inside the home. The overall design of the complex is modern and stylish, with well-utilized space that provides ample amenities while maintaining a comfortable and homely feel.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The maintenance team here is truly top-notch. Rad was incredibly swift and skilled in handling an unexpected issue with my dishwasher. Despite it being an uncommon problem, he diagnosed and resolved it efficiently. Sorin was also very helpful and quick to assist with a minor door issue. Both were professional, friendly, and made sure everything was fixed properly. Reporting maintenance requests is easy, and the response times are impressively fast. It’s reassuring to know that any issues are handled promptly and effectively.

One of the best things about living here is the warm and welcoming community. If you’re new, don’t hesitate to connect with your neighbors—everyone is incredibly kind, accepting, and always happy to help. Whether it’s a friendly chat in the shared spaces or sharing local tips, there’s a real sense of community here. It makes living in this complex feel even more like home.
