It's not too bad. It an be better. Location is really central. Close to the major stations and malls.

How long it takes to get a feedback from the developers

What is the best feature of your home:

It is quite and reasonably spacious. Facilities not too bad but can be better

Good shops etc but took a while to get there. Lots of nice cafes in the area and nice community around here

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Eventually got help with things that were issues This dropped off during covid and not come back really

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think we were pretty clued up when buying the property

Excellent location. Plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants, and bars. In very easy reach of local transport options across the country and London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, very responsive in the first year with snags fixed or raised almost immediately. Less quick after 1st year but things sorted within 1-2 weeks depending on severity.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Such great transport links. Terrible contract with shared energy provider ELE and unable to opt out.

Very convenient in terms of Shopping, transport. Chobham manor in general is very quite and nice to live area. Parking availability is limited but there is the ability to buy a barking spot in the development.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Property management are normally responsive via email but don't do anything about the flats issues. We have had very poor water pressure for 6 months and no fix has been applied.

They take ages to respond most of the time. Good if an emergency
