We have a huge range of shops, restaurants, bars, and transport across London in just a few minutes away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responded quickly and positively. All queries so far have been answered to my satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The spa closes at 9pm, 10pm would better suit me with work commitments.

The Good - The location is great, well-connected and there are lots to do around here. - The social spaces are nice. - The maintenance team are rockstars! The bad - Wifi ALWAYS disconnects - Roads regularly blocked due to matches/concerts - Can be unsafe - no security around main door to the road and this is a huge security flaw

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes; I wanted to move flats and they helped secure and move me into a flat that I loved,

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

- How bad the wifi is - Booking community space like the dinner space (which is RARELY ever used)

Good - the development is a stones throw away from Westfield making it very easy to access the tube and the local shops and grocery stores Bad - none that I can think of

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Issues were responded promptly, any other troubles concierge was able to help as well

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing to consider is the heating bills as the windows are not as insulated or thick, letting the flat get cold

The good aspects are the many shops around the area, it’s very easy to shop around here as the mall is right next to the building. I also love that the building have many amenities for us to enjoy. It is also very peaceful and clean here. There’s been nothing I hate about this building yet since I’ve moved.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, I just call the concierge and they’re happy to help as alwaus

nothing to be honest. maybe if you don’t like the busy mall, you shouldn’t really stay because the mall next to the building is always busy
