We have a huge range of shops, restaurants, bars, and transport across London in just a few minutes away

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responded quickly and positively. All queries so far have been answered to my satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The spa closes at 9pm, 10pm would better suit me with work commitments.

The area is very affordable and easy to travel any where. Coppermaker is quite but stratford is usually busy.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well responded. Mostly solved by Sai for me, things go very smoothly with her help.

Being right next to Westfield has so many perks, the broad range of cuisine and shops right on your doorstep along with so many tube connections which makes it so well placed. Parking is great and the place is always clean

Very quick and we’re always responsive in person, not just over the phone

Convenient Living with Minor Cleanliness Issues

The local area offers a good range of shops, restaurants, bars, and open spaces, providing plenty of conveniences. Transport links are reliable and easily accessible, though occasional delays can occur. Living on the street is generally pleasant, with parking availability being sufficient and bin collections conducted regularly.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Paul O’Sullivan in maintenance team was outstanding and highly professional. He went above and beyond by effectively communicating my needs to other departments, ensuring that my requests were clearly conveyed. Thanks to his proactive approach and excellent coordination, I received prompt feedback, which made the entire process seamless and efficient. His dedication and customer-focused attitude are truly commendable and greatly appreciated.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

i wish I had known how convenient the location is, with plenty of shops nearby and the metro station just a short walk away, making daily commutes incredibly easy.

Coppermaker is the best place if you want to be close to the center of London, and still have a good place to sleep. I really enjoyed my journey here, there’s a big mall close to the hotel, and the station is close too ; so very reachable and useful !

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It is really fast, and easy to reach them. Even if it’s just about a question.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not a bad thing, but I wish I had known before all the ways and means about the access to the pool. But I still enjoyed it so, it’s not a bad thing.
