We have a huge range of shops, restaurants, bars, and transport across London in just a few minutes away

Always responded quickly and positively. All queries so far have been answered to my satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The spa closes at 9pm, 10pm would better suit me with work commitments.

As for residential life, Coppermaker Square is surrounded by modern apartment buildings, many of which are designed with sustainability in mind.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management at Coppermaker Square is excellent, ensuring that the property is well-maintained, secure, and efficiently run. The team is dedicated to keeping the building in top condition, addressing maintenance issues promptly, and responding to the needs of residents and tenants with professionalism and care.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

They maintain a strong focus on safety, with regular checks on security systems, fire alarms, and emergency procedures. Additionally, the building's common areas are always clean and well-kept, creating a pleasant environment for everyone.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

We arrived at around 6 pm from Argentina, without confirmation of our arrival time from our agent. Upon arrival, the keys were not ready, but Sewli was incredibly efficient and kind. She resolved the issue as best as possible, apologized for the delays, and even offered us something to drink if we needed it. She then showed us the apartment, and everything was perfect. However, we noticed that the oven was not working properly because the door didn’t close fully, which prevented it from functioning. This was frustrating, as we couldn’t cook that night after our long journey. Thankfully, the Maintenance service addressed this issue quite quickly, which we appreciated. We also experienced some issues with the Wi-Fi not being set up. When we went to reception, we were told it would be resolved and that we would receive an email, but this did not happen. The next day, we met Sewli again, and once more, she was extremely efficient and helpful, solving the issue in just five minutes. We truly believe she is an exemplary employee, and we hope to continue counting on her support!

Same as explained in the previous question. Sewli really helped us with everything.

How amazing the area is. The gym is 24/7, I love it!

The apartment is beautifully designed with a perfect balance of style and functionality. The layout maximizes space, creating an open and airy atmosphere. High-quality materials are used throughout, adding a touch of luxury to every corner. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it a joy to cook in. The natural light flooding through large windows creates a warm, inviting ambiance.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I’m really grateful to the person who fixed my door lock. They were quick, efficient, and did an excellent job. The lock is working perfectly now, and I feel much safer. Their help was much appreciated, and I’m truly impressed by the quality of their work.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I hope the apartment offers a comfortable, spacious living environment with modern amenities. Good natural light, functional storage, and a well-equipped kitchen are important. Additionally, I'd love a peaceful atmosphere and convenient access to local shops and public transport for added convenience and comfort.
