Always responded quickly and positively. All queries so far have been answered to my satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The spa closes at 9pm, 10pm would better suit me with work commitments.

Transport options are great. Being close to Westfield Shopping Centre, the shops, restaurants are at a wide range. The area is not one of the green places of London though.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The Building Management promptly responds to our queries and helps to bring a solution. The Facilities Team is always helpful and friendly. Recently, Meet Sutariya, Facilities Coordinator at Coppermaker Square helped me with my meter readings and was very kind to help to solve my problem.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known that the window cleaning was done once in a year and the heating limit was capped with 25 degrees.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

This facility, its amenities are of the highest standard. 5 star. The biggest drawback is the absence of resident and visitor parking. Retrieving personal mail can also be a challenge as the hold facility is an absolute mess. Parcels everywhere and typically not in appropriate order by apartment floor and number. I am grateful for the assitance of Sewli who always goes over and beyond to personaly help locate my personal packages.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fairly well. Response times were a little slow. 48 hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No parking. Its an issue when parking your personal vehicle and off putting when welcoming guests.

Living in this area has been a fantastic experience! The neighborhood is vibrant, with plenty of shops, cafes, and excellent transport links, making it easy to explore the city. The nearby parks provide a great escape for relaxation. the convenience and lively atmosphere make it a great place to live!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team has been very responsive and professional. Whenever I’ve raised an issue, whether it’s a minor maintenance request or a general inquiry, they have addressed it promptly. The online support system works efficiently, and staff members are friendly and willing to help. While some issues may take a little longer to resolve during busy periods, the overall level of service and communication is excellent, making living here a hassle-free experience.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is how popular and well-loved the resident events are! They are a great way to meet people and make new friends, but spots fill up quickly, so early booking is a must. I also would have liked to know more about the best local hidden gems, such as cozy cafés and scenic walking routes nearby. That said, discovering them over time has been part of the fun of living here!

Living in Coppermaker Square in East London has been an absolute delight! The complex offers a unique blend of modern living and a strong sense of community. The amenities are truly outstanding, from the state-of-the-art fitness center to the beautiful, peaceful green spaces that offer a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. One of the highlights for me has been the resident events, which are thoughtfully organized and always create a welcoming atmosphere. A standout experience for me has been the sound baths. These sessions are incredibly calming and a wonderful way to unwind after a busy week. The soothing sounds and tranquil environment provide a perfect opportunity to relax, recharge, and connect with other residents in a peaceful, mindful way. It's a fantastic way to build community and meet new people in a setting that fosters calm and connection. I truly appreciate how Coppermaker Square goes above and beyond to create a vibrant and supportive neighborhood, making it an absolute joy to live here!

I’ve been consistently impressed with how quickly and efficiently the management team at Coppermaker Square responds to any issues that arise. Whether it's a small maintenance request or a more urgent matter, the team always addresses concerns promptly and with great professionalism. I’ve experienced nothing but quick resolutions, and it’s clear that they prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of the residents. What I really appreciate is how they keep communication clear and transparent throughout the process. From the moment I’ve submitted a request, I’ve always received updates, ensuring I’m never left wondering what’s going on. It’s rare to experience such responsive and proactive management, and it truly enhances my living experience here. It’s comforting to know that when something needs attention, I can rely on the team to take swift and effective action. Overall, their outstanding customer service adds so much value to what is already a fantastic living environment.
