We have a huge range of shops, restaurants, bars, and transport across London in just a few minutes away

Always responded quickly and positively. All queries so far have been answered to my satisfaction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The spa closes at 9pm, 10pm would better suit me with work commitments.

Living & Community: Living in Coppermaker Square is a much more than just renting a home. The team has put in thoughtful plans to establish a community and connect residents together -- they hold vibrant and diverse events for free from aroma therapy, Halloween get-together, music workshop, guided walk, to cuisine masterclasses (my only complaint is that it can be extremely hard to hold a place). The team offers a whole lifestyle that goes beyond the competitive facilities like swimming pool, gym, work-space, and sauna. Location: The location is convenient, with walking distance to Westfield shopping mall, metro station, and almost all major supermarkets. Yet the constant crowd around it can be overwhelming and stressful as well, and I'd say it's definitely not my favorite part to walk around the overly commercial, almost homogenous neighbourhood, with features that all commercial areas from major cities share. I previously lived around King's Cross and Shoreditch, and both neighborhoods were much more London-chic and lovely to walk around. Small Private Garden & Pet Friendly: Encountering people walking their dogs is always a small serendipity of my day.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

For any issue, I get it resolved right away or I get a response within one working day.

Not just blindly singing praises, but I wish I knew this development earlier so I could move in earlier.

I have recently moved-in and the surrounding are just so amazing. As its the christmas time there is so much to do. Local markets, brand offer etc

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Its was so good. Sai from Coppermaker square is so helpful and patient. I lost my keys so early in the morning, Although she just came in, she was so sweet to jump right into my problem and help me get it sorted in minutues. Sai guided me through each step of the process .

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew the space is this massive, I would have carried more stuff from my country. No ones fault though.

it’s how seamlessly everything comes together to create a lifestyle that feels curated for modern life.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have a resident app that makes reporting problems incredibly straightforward—you can submit requests for anything from maintenance to general inquiries, and they usually respond within hours, not days. It’s clear that they prioritize resident satisfaction. I would like specially mention about Sai from the reception team. She is professional, efficient, and resident-focused.

Too many people at the Westfield mall on the weekends, I guess its just the craze

Convenient Facilities but Room for Improvement in Communication

The community vibe here is fantastic, and the dog park is a standout feature. It’s a great place to meet people and enjoy the shared outdoor and recreational workout facilities, which really enhance the living experience. The garbage chute in the Xavier building is often blocked, and repairs are not addressed in a timely manner, which is inconvenient. Additionally, one of the elevators frequently malfunctions, and I’ve even seen someone get stuck inside—it was quite alarming and raises safety concerns. These issues could definitely use more attention to improve the overall experience.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Consider adding a card access system for the elevators to enhance security

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known about the specific utility and maintenance costs beforehand to better plan my budget. Additionally, it would have been helpful to know the exact process for contacting the property team for any initial issues, as communication was a bit slow at the beginning.
